If our KILN DRIED Firewood is not dry*, you can return the unused bags for your money back.
Guarantee Terms ( applies to bagged firewood ONLY )
- All claims for returns must be made in writing (e-mail) within 14 days of delivery.
- Firewood appearance or other non-burning characteristics are not guaranteed.
The guarantee is specific to firewood moisture content only. - *Dry firewood is less than 30% moisture content on average as per a calibrated moisture meter.
- The KILN DRIED firewood must remain in its original packaging.
- The return must be accompanied by the original Batch Tag(s).
- All firewood bags must be stored indoors or adequately covered outdoors. Exposure to moisture voids guarantee.
- Guarantee does not apply to discounted items, Northern Cut KD, or non-Kiln Dried products.
- All refunds will be made within 7 days of return restocking.
- Refunds will be made for the unused product purchase price.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Pick-up dates of returned firewood are at the sole discretion of Nassau Firewood.
- Any exchanges will be made within 7 days of return.
- An Nassau Firewood Claims Representative must visit your home to determine the validity of the return.
- One return per household.
- This guarantee is at the sole discretion of Nassau Firewood and only those aforementioned terms will be honored.
